Beshara Foundation
The aims of the Beshara Foundation are aligned to those of the Beshara Trust - its purpose is the same, and it operates in complete accordance with its intention which is to provide for the education of the whole being, although it is legally and functionally a separate entity.
The Beshara Foundation has been established as tax-exempt 501(c)(3) corporation in the State of California. There are currently seven Directors on the Board.
Among the stated aims of the Beshara Foundation, as declared in the Articles of Incorporation, are:
- Engage in educational and scientific research on the unity of religious ideals as expressed in comparative religions, metaphysics, and associated religious and spiritual subjects.
- To communicate, both orally and in writing, the results of this research and disseminate it widely among the public.
- To sponsor and organize educational and informational programs and seminars concerning the unity of religious ideas, comparative religion, metaphysics and associated religious and spiritual subjects.
- To cooperate with other agencies and organizations, both public and private, furnishing related and complementary services to public.
- By carrying out the above purposes to provide a beneficial service to the general public, but particularly those persons interested in the knowledge of the unity of religious ideals
